We understand that life can be unpredictable! To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
